Proofreading

I offer a separate service for proofreading websites, presentation material and documents. This service and its costs are detailed at Present-Correct.

Recent work has included:

• a single day's work; proofreading a 40-page tender for a major contract. The document was very poorly structured with errors in the paragraph numbering, cross-references and appendices. I corrected these and also identified a large number of grammatical, spelling and punctuation errors. (The customer was very grateful for my assistance and accepted some advice as to the proper preparation of such tenders.)
• the prospectuses for a further education college.
• a book detailing the toxic chemicals used in everyday products and household furnishings.
• the website and publicity flyer for a website development company.
• brochures to be printed by a local printer.
