Housing Numbers

I carried out an investigation of the published figures for the housing requirement in the South West over the next 20 years.

I identified a number of errors in the methodology that had been used to generate the official numbers.

I built a spreadsheet model that showed how much uncertainty there is in the numbers for a date so far ahead.

I gave a presentation of my findings to the committee that had authorised the work and published a report that is to be used as part of their campaign for more realism in future planning.
